This week the F1 is stopping here.

I am usually busy with the kids and can’t really attend any events but ‘luckily’ my mother in law is here today.

So despite the pouring rain, I’m on my way. I just wish it’ll stop by the time I get downtown where the festivities are.

I meet up with a group of friends and off we go. The rain has stopped and the venue is very lively as if it never rained before.

There’s people everywhere and the live band is entertaining the many onlookers.

I didn’t stayed for long as I had to go back take care of the kids. Despite the short time I had a good time with the people I met and would have gladly stayed but had to go.

Maybe some other time. At least it was nice to go out and feel the liveliness of the event.

I’m working on my way to get better. One step at a time. Baby steps.
