July 5th – Intermittent fasting


I know that one of the key to gain self-confidence is just to be one-self and not to be scared. But I think that one additional thing for me to be even more confident is to look better. For sure its not the right basis but for me it is.

You should be able to appreciate who you are and how you are. True, but for me personally, if I look decent than it’ll give me more confidence.

For the last month, I have been training much more intensively than anytime before. I hope to get into a good shape to help boost my confidence. On top of that, I have added intermittent fasting of 16/8. What this means is that for 16 hours of the day I don’t eat, and then for the rest of the remaining 8 hours I can just eat but REGULARLY. As it states, regularly. To make things easier, I will not eat anything in the evening after 8-9 PM and then schedule my next meal to be around 12-13 PM. This way, I ‘save’ some time with the sleep time and it makes it easier to fast .

Some people have reported losing weight quite quickly. We’ll see how it turns out for me.
